Founded in 1969 and located in Gilly-les-Cîteaux, in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, Fromagerie Delin is one of the last independent family owned dairies in Côte d’Or. The Group employs 125 people. Specialist of triple-cream cheeses, the company is renowned for its Brillat-Savarin, of which it is one of the main producer. Sofiprotéol has been a minority shareholder of the company since 2013, alongside the Delin family. This commitment was renewed in 2021, allowing the independent family business to confirm its roots in Bourgogne Franche Comté and to continue its development, thus enhancing the local dairy production through high quality products.
