SELVAH (Société pour l’Extrusion de Légumineuses Valorisées en Alimentation Humaine) is a shared tool between the cooperatives Bourgogne du Sud, Dijon Céréales et Terre Comtoise united within the Alliance Bourgogne Franche-Comté (BFC) allowing the production (extrusion) of Textured Vegetable Proteins (known as PVT) intended for human consumption based on soy proteins from regional agriculture in particular.
