Soprol

Soprol is the company that holds the Oilseed Division’s investments. Saipol and Diester Industrie are its subsidiaries.

Sofiprotéol holds a majority of shares in Soprol, in partnership with :

• the Strategic Investment Fund (FSI),
• Crédit Agricole, through its subsidiary Idia, which specializes in assisting agri-food companies,
• major groups that specialize in marketing oilseed grains in France.
